Jabalpur family donates organs of brain-dead Narendra Rajak to help five
His wife Pooja agreed to donate his kidneys, liver, eyes and skin after he was hurt in a road accident.
The family of 40-year-old Narendra Rajak of Ganganagar in Jabalpur donated his organs after he was declared brain dead following a road accident, and the organs left the city late on Monday night. His wife Pooja consented to give his two kidneys, liver, eyes and skin. Police cleared two green corridors, one kidney went to Jabalpur Medical College, and the liver was flown to Ahmedabad on a chartered plane. Pooja has urged other grieving families to consider organ donation.
